Bio

Luka Hall is a dynamic singer-songwriter, guitarist, and accomplished fiddle player hailing from Prince Edward Island, known for his blend of traditional fiddle and folk/country music. Luka is rapidly establishing himself as a significant new voice in the music scene.  His 2024 EP, To Be Honest, which showcased original songs and tunes, earned him significant recognition:  2025 Nominee for Music PEI Traditional Roots Recording of the Year and 2026 Nominee for Young Performer of the Year at the Canadian Folk Music Awards.  Most recently, Luka released an original Christmas song, ‘Maybe Next Christmas’ with Island country singer Brooke MacArthur.  Luka has graced numerous notable stages, proving his skill and magnetism as a live performer. His performance credits include PEI Festival of Small Halls, Harmony House, Rollo Bay Fiddle Festival, and the PEI Shellfish Festival. His career highlights also include mini-tours with Irish Millie and an appearance at the “Your Roots Are Showing” folk conference in Dundalk, Ireland (2024), alongside Shane Pendergast. With a strong foundation in traditional music, a growing list of acclaimed original work, and a rapidly expanding performance itinerary, Luka Hall is a promising young artist whose momentum in the Canadian music scene shows no signs of slowing.
